Incredibly frustrated right now with The Little Florist. Ordered my mom and daughter Kayelynn Drakeford a Valentine's day gift and it was never delivered. I gave you 3 phone numbers and no one called to notify us the delivery did not occur or that it needed to be redelivered. It took me finding out from my daughter that she never received her gift and later calling to be informed. On top of that, the person who answered HUNG UP on me and told me to CALL BACK to get a resolution. HORRIBLE! Thanks for ruining Valentine's!
Customer service was awesome... friendly , polite staff...great selection... prices are really good... does incredible work. Very pleased with our wedding flowers.
