I’m not one to leave reviews, but Is it too much to ask that I don’t give my order 3 times to 3 different people, wait 15 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me, and it end up being wrong? (Drive through)
I swear the had to go find and kill the cow used to make my burger. After waiting 20 minutes I got about half the fries I was supposed to and nasty tea.
I normally don't leave bad reviews on fast food restaurants because I normally don't expect much from them to begin with but this is probably the single worst place to try and eat. The service is beyond slow, the staff is rude and not the least bit helpful. You would imagine that since it's a truck stop restaurant they would be used to having a lot of customers but two times one week after the next I was met with the same pitiful excuse of a wendys. It honestly would have been quicker to go across the street to the huddle house and sit down and eat. If I could leave less than one star I would.
Food was good, employees were nice, but service was very slow. Update: Was there again a couple weeks after first visit. Service was much faster, hardly any wait at all. Maybe my first trip was on a bad day.
Service was very nice in drive-thru. Need more help because the wait time was maybe 20 mins with only 2 cars ahead of me after I ordered. PROBLEM was they overcharged me and still gave me less food. I called that night and around 1:00pm the day afterwards no one answers the phone. I better get this resolved or I will be going further.
